Bright Beginnings Early Education Center, as an extension of Harvest Time Church, is not “just a daycare.” We are an early education center staffed with kind, dedicated, compassionate teachers that are ready to help educate and nurture your children while they are here. Our teachers love God and are here to provide a safe, structured environment to help bring your children up in the way that they should go (Proverbs 22:6).

Our Mission

Bright Beginnings Early Education and Childcare Center was created to provide for the South Tyler community a safe and secure place where children feel unconditional love and acceptance. Our goal is to introduce these children and their families to God and His Son, Jesus Christ, in the hope that they will develop a genuine faith.

Bright Beginnings Early Education and Childcare Center is founded on the principle that each child is a specially created gift from God. It is our mission to love, encourage, and develop each child’s spiritual, emotional, physical, and academic needs in a safe and nurturing environment.

At Bright Beginnings Early Education and Childcare Center, we’re dedicated to giving your child the best start on life by laying the foundation for a lifetime of learning and a love of Christ. From our dedicated staff, hands on activities, and our secure facility, every element is designed to enrich your child’s mind and body. Our philosophy is based on the Word of God. Our primary purpose is to guide children on the right path through Christian education and to serve as a reinforcing agent of Christian principles set forth in the home.

We are committed to providing academic excellence in a biblically oriented environment where students learn about being good citizens, showing courtesy, truthfulness, reliability, responsibility, and trustworthiness.

Our goal is to empower each child in every aspect of their early childhood development. We welcome the opportunity to share our passion for children with you and your child, and help develop in them a love and passion for life. We believe that character building and self-discipline are essential to the emotional, physical, social, and spiritual wellbeing of each student. We strive to teach each child to do right, to be responsible, and to love God.

Our Vision

We are recognized in the Tyler area as a facility providing high quality childcare and education to infants through preschool-age children. Bright Beginnings Early Education and Childcare Center is a ministry of Harvest Time Church. We feel that the spiritual, intellectual, physical, and social development of the child is best achieved when the school, church, and home work together toward common goals. Our programs provide well-trained and caring teachers, fun educational stimulation, and a loving environment within the framework of Christian values to allow for each child’s individual growth and development.

Our Values

  • We recognize the potential in children as unique creations of God.
  • We value the partnership with parents and families.
  • We ensure quality provision through our school, facility, and staff.
  • We believe in play, because learning should be fun and creative.
  • We have a passion for treating children with love, kindness, and respect.

I was born and raised in the East Texas area. My husband Matt and I were married here in Tyler in 1999. We have served at Harvest Time Church for over 20 years. My 10 years of experience in the field of education includes teaching and serving as Principal of Harvest Time Christian Academy.

I am the proud mother of 3 beautiful children: Emily, Madison, and Caleb. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and serving as the Pastor’s wife at HTC. I love the staff, children, and families of BB and it’s an honor to work and serve the Lord here.
